Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Westman Atelier purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of lightly used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original luxury packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your products in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer to ensure they arrive safely at our studio.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
